On the first Monday of every month, spend 10 minutes listing everything due in the next 60 days: training certificates and refreshers, DBS Update Service status checks, and right-to-work follow-ups for time-limited permissions. Then book the training, assign the checks and record the actions. It's the quickest way to avoid surprises at inspection.
